Do I need a plumber to install it?
No. The installation is DIY in about 10 minutes, with no work required. All necessary equipment is supplied in the kit.
Do I need an electrical outlet nearby?
Yes, a standard electrical outlet near the toilet is necessary. If you don't have one right next to it, a discreet extension cord will suffice.
What is the power consumption?
Very low: the device heats water and the seat on demand and goes into low-power standby when not in use. Consumption is estimated at approximately €6 per year.
What is the warranty and return policy?
The TokyoSeat comes with a 2-year warranty. You also get a 14-day trial: satisfaction guaranteed or your money back.
Is the interview difficult?
No. The nozzles are self-cleaning. A simple regular wipe of the surface is sufficient.
